Our Form V student Kokoro, recently completed a medical internship in Nepal. During her volunteering, she shadowed general physicians, surgeons and nurses as they did ward rounds, performed operations and general primary care.
This summer, she will be volunteering in Tanzania with the same organisation and is looking forward to developing her skills in primary medical care.
