All Lower Sixth pupils have the opportunity to apply for Prefect roles and to be part of the Head Girl team. These leadership roles start in their Lower Sixth year and cover a range of responsibilities from House Captains, lower school Prefect and other pastoral roles, to academic and sport positions. A recent addition are the community Prefects, who are spear-heading our links with a local primary school, an elderly peoples’ home and charity, whilst forging links with both local and international charitable organisations.
In the lower school we have introduced new opportunities for leadership within Brontë boarding house. Girls from all years also have the opportunity to initiate clubs and activities with associated leadership roles.
