On Tuesday, we were delighted to welcome 65 children from Coworth Flexlands and Upton House Prep schools to our Football Workshop. Led by Ascot United’s First Team Coach and one of their First Team Players, Alix Todd, the children were split into groups where they learned and refined fundamental football skills whilst engaging in fun, interactive drills and exercises. The afternoon culminated in a series of friendly matches where they could apply their new skills in a game setting. It was a wonderful and fun afternoon.
After a delicious tea, the children were so excited to be awarded a medal from Ascot United Football Club. We hope to see them all back at Heathfield very soon.
