Form I had the opportunity to stay in the stunning woodland surroundings at Cuffley Outdoor Centre. Despite the inclement weather, they fully embraced the whole camping experience. At the multi-activity centre, Form I fully immersed themselves in orienteering, tested their balancing skills and team work on the Crate Climbing activity and collaborated to construct a bridge and build a vehicle with logs, barrels and rope. The evening was spent around the campfire, toasting marshmallows, singing and tackling brain teasers and riddles. With little sleep due to the excitement of spending a night in the forest, they returned to School with a newfound sense of self-confidence having risen to the challenges of the trip and learnt new skills.
