In the afternoon the minibuses left for Camberley and a cinema trip to see Annie for Forms I and II. Older girls could opt to make chocolate or blueberry muffins in the cookery room, or watch a selection of films showing in the theatre. The girls had the opportunity to revise for their mocks in the quiet room provided whilst also having some downtime in Ascot and Windsor. After a supper of pizza and ice cream everybody settled down to watch the first episode of this year’s The Voice.
On Sunday there were two Chapel services at 8am and 10am, followed by early lunches for those heading out on trips in the afternoon. Forms I and II took the minibus to the John Nike Centre in Bracknell to practise their moves on the ice rink. Meanwhile older girls headed to Guildford to visit Guildford Spectrum where they too ice-skated and then had some free time in the town afterwards. Again girls worked away quietly in school in preparation for exams and then some opted for a refreshing swim in the pool before supper.
