This week, we welcomed Raya from Craftnology into the Art department to host an AI Workshop for our GCSE and A Level students. With 73% of fashion executives prioritising Gen AI in 2024, the AI workshop gave pupils the opportunity to experience a more inclusive and innovative approach with rapid conceptualisation and virtual prototyping, enhancing their creativity and craftmanship.
The workshop covered the use of prompts, introduction to the AI tools and collaborative designing, and the outstanding outcomes produced will now be submitted to support the student’s practical portfolio. The day further illustrated that Heathfield provides a dynamic, innovative and forward-thinking Art education for our students.
