This was a really exciting opportunity for our girls, in which they took the role of being a stewardess for a day using the target language in a work environment. Girls made a passport, checked passengers in, made announcements at the airport, went through safety procedures in an aircraft – all in Spanish – and they went for a tour of the centre in which they saw how languages were used in business and meetings, and the importance of learning a foreign language for their future careers.
