The Heathfield SPIRIT Portfolio is based on the values of the School and its aim is for each girl to acquire the skills and qualities needed for success, not only during their time at School, but also for life.
Designed around research from universities and business employers with regards to the skills set they are looking for, the SPIRIT Portfolio requires girls to demonstrate the various skills, behaviours and personal qualities in each of the six domains:
Sense of Community
Problem Solving
Independent Learning
Reflective
Individuality
Teamwork
Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards will be issued to those girls who are able to record and document with supporting evidence how they have achieved these skills and personal qualities.
The aim is that every girl will leave Heathfield with a portfolio demonstrating their achievements and abilities to help set them apart from others when entering the world ‘outside of Heathfield.’
